Alfa Laval LKB is a sanitary automatically and manually operated butterfly valve for use in stainless steel pipe systems. Butterfly Valve seals are available in EPDM and Silicone.

As the world’s most widely used single seat valves, the Alfa Laval shut-off and changeover configurations are employed for a broad spectrum of different processing duties.The Alfa Laval range of single seat valves bears the designations Unique SSV and Unique SSSV, and consists of large numbers of purpose-designed valve units that are particularly robust and flexible.

Mixproof valves provide maximum flexibility and safety in the flow process by making it possible to handle two different fluids at the same time, with no risk of contamination. Using two different plugs and seals means a single mixproof valve can replace two or more valves of other types.

Regulating valves are the right choice when flow volumes and flow directions must be adjusted and/or monitored. Specifically designed for use in a broad range of metering and blending, they are the ideal solutions for precision control of flow rate or pressure.

Alfa Laval Diaphragm valves are most commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry. However, they are also ideal for use in other processing installations where it is crucial to prevent any increase in micro-organism concentrations.

Non-Return valves are designed to prevent reverse flow of production stainless steel hygienic installations. The valve plug opens when the pressure below exceeds the combination of the pressure above the plug and the spring compression force. The valve closes when the pressure equalization is reached and prevents reverse flow if there is any higher pressure above the plug.

The MH Shutter Valve is self-draining valve that allows for multi-directional flow of product. An internal shutter closes the valve ports progressively to minimize pressure shock and stress on both valve and the liquids that are passing through.

Sanitary Ball valves are constructed around a full bore design. This makes sure the product passes through the valve with no restrictions to the flow and there is minimal pressure drop. This basic design allows cleaning and product recovery using the pigging system.

The Keofitt Sampling Valve is designed to ensure sterilization before and after taking each sample. Different versions are available for tank and pipe installations and various designs for easy access for sample retrieval.

Double-seat automatic air-relief valve with a freely moving ball that closes against the upper or lower seat, depending on pressure conditions. Designed for use when it is important to remove any air present.

The bonded rubber or stainless steel plug valves are used in food and chemical industries and in other installations where a sanitary closing device with minimum pressure drop is required.
