The LKRK is a fixed spray ball used for cleaning storage tanks. The Alfa Laval static spray ball is the cleaning method of choice for low impact cleaning of water soluble products. Available in 3 options, top drilled, bottom drilled and fully drilled.

The modern jet mixers are based on a revolutionary patented technology that mixes liquids faster and more effectively than conventional methods. Equipped with either for or two nozzles, the Alfa Laval rotary jet mixer is positioned below the surface of the liquid in the tank. Liquid is withdrawn from the tank outlet by a pump and circulated via an external lop to the rotary jet mixer. It is then injected into the liquid by powerful rotating jet nozzles, ensuring coverage of the entire tank.

The Toftejorg range of rotary spray heads has been designed to reduce operating costs up to 77% and cleaning time of up to 35%. The head uses rotary motion and physical impact of the cleaning media to remove sticky residue from the tank interior.

Alfa Laval’s Range of Manhole and Tank Covers are designed for the for use on vessels where a closable means of access to the interior is required.
